Fim Europa vintage folgaria Italy 2015

The FIM Europe in cooperation with the FMI and the MC Egna-Neumarkt organizes the Trial Vintage CUP 2015 according to the rules of the FIM Europe Sporting Code and the FIM Europe and FIM Rules, by the Referee appointed from the FIM Europe and the Clerk of the Course, with particular references to any Supplementary Regulations produced by each organizer.

 

This Cup include an Italian National Championship. Riders starting in the FMI National Championship must start in the same classes as specified for the FMI Gr. 5.

 

 

Responsibility

The participants (sponsors, drivers, passengers, owners and owner-drivers of vehicles) take part in the event at their own risk. They bear the sole responsibility regarding civil and penal codes for damages caused by them or the vehicle in their use of so far as no liability exemption has been stipulated in compliance with the Supplementary Regulations of the meeting. If the driver, himself, is neither the owner nor the owner-driver of the vehicle used by him during the competition, he releases those persons listed in the following liability waiver from all claims by the owner and the owner-driver of the vehicle or submits, together with the entry form, a corresponding waiver from the owner or the owner-driver of the vehicle.

 

PARTICIPATION

To participate in the Trial Vintage CUP a rider must hold a regular driving licence and a National licence of his Federation and starting permission.

Motorcycles and their equipment must comply with the National legal requirements for Road Traffic of the country in which the vehicle is registered.

 

Registration

 

 

DESCRIPTION, LICENSES AND ADMITTED MOTORCYCLES

 

These are agonistic competitions for trial and trail motorcycles produced until 1984, regularly registered and insured. It is forbidden the use of test plates.

 

All FIM-Europe pilots can participate with license and permission of their own Federation.

 

It is compulsory to pre-register to races at least 10 days before the event.

Organizers should communicate the eventual non-reception of the registration. Motor Clubs might ask for an additional fee for late registrations that cannot be more than one quarter of the fee itself.

 

For each competition at least the best 3 riders of each category will be awarded. It is considered fair that technical and sporty checks will take place in the same place at the same time, in order to control the match between the motorcycle, and the categories (year and class) of registration.

 

The following categories are established:

 

Pre ’65 White

  • Motorcycles before 1965

 

Gentleman White

  • Classic motorcycles before 1978 (Pre ’78)

  • Classic motorcycles with 2 dampers with air cooling system and drum brakes

 

Clubman Yellow

  • Classic motorcycles before 1978 (Pre ’78)

  • Classic motorcycles with 2 dampers with air cooling system and drum brakes

 

Expert Green

  • Classic motorcycles before 1978 (Pre ’78)

  • Classic motorcycles with 2 dampers with air cooling system and drum brakes

 

All motorcycles of Pre ’65, Gentleman, Clubman and Expert categories must respect the following executive restrictions: air cooling system, classic rear suspension with 2 absorbers, drum brakes.
